Picture Me Girly
This past weekend I went to Gardenridge to shop for some Christmas ornaments and I raned into these cute pictures.
Me being the only queen in my household, I sometimes need something girly to hold onto. I've always wanted to have my own girly sanctuary where I can go relax, read a book, play in my make-up or whatever. So I think I am going to do a girly room!

Girl's Night Out: Fashion Beauty Fun With Your BFFs!

The tickets are sold out on-line, but you can pay $35 at the door and you will get a cool goodie bag that is worth approximately $125. Kiddie Corner: A Day in the Life of Noah and Harper
Ahhhh, motherhood is so wonderful! It is full of teaching, loving and starring at two little people you don't understand. I get a kick out of spending intimate time with my two little terrors (my sister has graciously termed them). I have two boys: Noah (3) and Harper (16 months).
These are just few examples of funny moments with Noah and Harper. I am just happy to be apart of it!
I think the funniest moments are interacting with them and getting to learn their personalities. The other day I asked Noah to help me clean up the kitchen. He loves helping me so I decided to give him a chore of wiping off the kitchen table and the chairs. Needless to say (he's awesome) he did a great job so I gave him another assignment of helping me put the dishes in the dishwasher. He started off good, but went wrong somewhere. He was putting the utensils where the plates go and mixing the cups with the bowls. I stopped him and explained to him how I wanted the dishes to go. He sighed and carried on. I then noticed he started slamming the glasses against each other, so I stopped him again. He said "mommy. I quit. I quit. This is not for me!" and then walked away.
I stood there flabberghasted. I couldn't believe a 3 year old would uttered those words to me.
Harper is quite hilarious too! Of course, my husband and I tells Harper "no no" when he is not obeying. Fully aware of the meaning of the word, he turns around and points his finger at us and tell us "no no". Yesterday his Papa was over for breakfast. Afterwards we were sitting around talking and his Papa tries to take a pencil from him. Harper swung around and pointed his tiny finger and Papa and exclaimed "no no!". We all chuckled. Well, that was not funny to Harper because he goes and slap Papa twice on the forehead. Papa will be okay.

Winter Cocktails

Try saying that three times fast. With a Catalan lisp. When you're lit.
We've been feeling all Spanish lately, because we just discovered Savida Sangria, a new handmade tipple sold only locally. The red and white are great straight, but we know what you're like, so we got tips for making thome thuper thimple cool-weather cocktails. Thalud!
Ingredients
1 bottle red Sangria Savida
1 bottle white Sangria Savida
Cloves
Cinnamon sticks
1 pear
1 green apple
Red Sangria
1. Add 2-5 cloves to sangria bottle.
2. Reseal and chill for 1-5 hours.
3. Serve on the rocks and garnish with a pear slice.
White Sangria
1. Add 1-2 cinnamon sticks to sangria bottle.
2. Reseal and chill for 1-5 hours.
3. Serve on the rocks and garnish with a green apple slice.

It takes place the Friday immediately after Thanksgiving and most stores usually open around midnight. A lot of shoving and pushing takes place. You basically have to be gangsta to be able to hang with Black Friday shoppers.

My New Lipgloss
I loved the glossy look it revealed when I put it on my lips. It meshed well with my skin tone. The gloss was not too glossy or runny; however, about an hour of wear I noticed it became "sticky" when I rubbed my lips together. It did keep my lips nice and moist, but I must admit I did not care for the sticky feel.
Will I recommend it to friends or my viewers? Only if the sale continues.

Blake Livey fails as a Brunette
The Gossip girl hit 1Oak in a flight attendant costume with short brown hair and bangs. But her lovely long blond locks aren't gone forever. She was just wearing a wig for the costume party.
To be honest, we don't love this look on her. We like our Blake blonde! But some stars definitely look better with brown hair.
